Barking Tendency

The context is that in 101 Dalmatians 2 Patch’s London Adventure (nice animated movie btw) Patch was often mocked by his squeaky bark and because I’m a moron it reminded of Josuke Higashikata hair insults from Diamond is Unbreakable.

Then I made the pun in the title…
